Timekeeper Quick Reference Guide
Below is a summary (cheat sheet) of the main functions you will use 95% of the time. Feel free to print this out for reference.
Main Clock:
Pre-game Checklist
- Remote switch is OFF (use remote switch for start/stop/horn instead of pressing buttons)
- [AUTO HORN] to ON (yellow light is on) (horn will automatically shut off)
- [COUNT UP/DOWN] to DOWN (display shows ↓ or D)
- [ENABLE PENALTY CLOCKS] to EN (lower right of LED display shows EN, not DS)
Set
- [SET MAIN CLOCK] → [MM:SS.T] → [ENTER]
- (If penalties are active) Adjust Penalty Timers Y/N? → [ENTER]
If penalties are active at the end of a period...
Before intermission ...
- [DISABLE PENALTY CLOCKS] to DS (you don't want clocks to run during intermission!)
- [SET MAIN CLOCK] → [MM:SS.T] → [ENTER]
Before start of next period ...
- [SET MAIN CLOCK] → [MM:SS.T] → [ENTER]
- [ENABLE PENALTY CLOCKS] to EN (make sure the clocks will start running again)
Period/Score/Shots:

Penalties:
Add

- Accept default 2:00 -or- enter time -or- [MINOR/MAJOR PENALTY]
- Press multiple times for double minors, etc.

[PLAYER PENALTY] → scroll up/down
→ [ENTER]

Delete
[DELETE PLAYER PENALTY]
→
scroll up/down
→ [ENTER]
→ confirm
→ [ENTER]
Clear All
[CLEAR ALL PENALTIES]
